Builders Without Borders (BWB) is an international network of ecological builders who form partnerships with communities and organizations around the world to create affordable housing from local materials and to work together for a sustainable future. They believe the solution to homelessness is not merely housing, but a local population trained to provide housing for themselves. BWB is a project of NetWorks Productions, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and is PAKSBAB's fiscal sponsor.

Colorado Straw Bale Association (COSBA) is a non-profit group committed to expanding and sharing knowledge, experience and techniques for straw bale and sustainable building. They promote quality building practices and serve as a resource for building professionals and homeowners. COSBA is also the host of the September 2012 International Straw Builder's Conference in Estes Park, Colorado and is sponsoring the attendance of PAKSBAB's COO from Pakistan.

Engineers Without Borders - Denmark (EWB-DK) is a branch of the humanitarian organization Engineers Without Borders - International. They provide technological and humanitarian aid to projects that alleviate human suffering and fight poverty, such as access to safe drinking water, proper sanitation, and emergency shelter to people in disaster affected areas. PAKSBAB is collaborating with EWB-DK to build houses for flood displaced families from Kohistan, Pakistan.

Spinal Cord Injury Project for Pakistan Earthquake Rehabilitation (SCIPPER) is a network of individuals and organizations working towards the rehabilitation of survivors paralyzed during the 2005 Pakistan earthquake. SCIPPER supports and sponsors SCI patients and their families by providing food, medical care and supplies, and stipends for caretakers and educational purposes. They are also funding the construction of PAKSBAB's homes adapted for the disabled.
